I finished the
Bias Knit Shawl in Silk Rumple from
Handmaiden. This little project was a joy from start to finish, mostly because the yarn is so yummy. It was perfect for doing while my guest lecturers did their thing.
Photographing it was a bit trickier.

Fortunately that little sprite you see in the left of the photo above, also known as K around here, is getting pretty good at taking photos.

There is no way photos can do justice to the yarn. I think the color is Periwinkle. It has lovely blues and a hint of purple, but the color changes are extremely subtle.
Since my students have seen me working on it for 5 weeks, I think I will wear it tomorrow!
